You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

What We Can Accept

To qualify for a refund, your item needs to be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Complete with original packaging, tags and any accessories

This returns and refunds policy covers all orders delivered within Australia.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described or doesn't do what it should, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the conditions above.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Return postage is on us — completely free

  • We cover every cost involved in getting the item back to us

Changed Your Mind?

If you'd like to return an item because of:

  • A change of heart

  • An accidental wrong order

  • Sizing or fit that didn't work out

the cost of return postage is yours to cover.

Good to know: Original delivery fees cannot be refunded.

No Hidden Charges

We never charge restocking fees — what you paid for the item is what you get back.

Starting Your Return — Step by Step

Step 1 — Get in Touch

Email us at info@vossaesydney.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2 — Pack It Up

Place the item securely back in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Step 3 — Post It

Send the parcel as instructed by our support team using the nominated carrier.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Quality Check

As soon as your return reaches our warehouse, we inspect it against the conditions above.

Timing

Once approved, your refund is issued within 7 business days of inspection.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow a further 5–7 business days for the amount to show on your original payment method.

Swapping Instead of Returning

Need a different size or want to swap for another product? Just write to us at info@vossaesydney.com and we'll organise the exchange for you.

Items We Can't Take Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, a small number of items are excluded from returns. Where this applies, it is clearly stated on the product page before you buy.
