Processing Your Order
Daily Cut-Off
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST) are processed on the following business day.
Handling Time
We prepare and process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
As soon as your order is ready, it is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners for dispatch.
How Long Delivery Takes
Time in Transit
Once dispatched, parcels are typically delivered within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total Time From Order to Door
In total, most orders arrive within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Actual delivery times can vary slightly depending on stock availability, your location and courier performance.

What Shipping Costs
Nothing — we provide free shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum spend.
Following Your Parcel
After your order leaves our warehouse:
A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent to you.
You can follow your delivery at any time via our Parcel Tracking page.
Keep in mind that it can take 24–48 hours after dispatch before the first tracking updates appear.
Duties & GST
All orders are delivered domestically within Australia.
No customs duties apply to domestic deliveries.
Any applicable GST is already included in the displayed product price.
If You Miss Your Delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered — for example due to an incorrect address or because nobody was available — the courier may:
Try delivering again
Leave a collection card
Keep the parcel at a nearby depot or collection point
Should the parcel come back to us, our support team will reach out to organise a reshipment.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order goes missing, is significantly delayed or arrives damaged:
Get in touch with our customer support team as soon as you can.
We will open an investigation with the carrier.

If the parcel cannot be recovered, you can choose between:
A full refund, or
A free replacement shipment (subject to availability)
